Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an accounts role is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of CDK / Kerridge Dealer Management system is required.
  • Ability to work both individually and as part of a small team.

Porsche Solihull has a fantastic opportunity available for an Accounts Assistant to join their team.

As a Porsche Accounts Assistant, you will support the day to day functions of the accounts department from the sales and purchase ledgers to the daily cash postings and bank reconciliations. You will also assist the Dealership Accountant and Management team in other ad-hoc duties where required.

Porsche Accounts Assistants work a variety of flexible patterns between Mondays – Friday; however, this sometimes can include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

About You

Previous experience in an accounts role is advantageous along with proficient IT skills.

Knowledge of the CDK / Kerridge Dealer Management system and Microsoft Office is also required.

Ideally, you will be enthusiastic, well organised, diligent, and able to work to strict deadlines whilst paying attention to detail and working both as an individual and as part of a small team.
