Job summary

Haven is seeking an Activities & Pool Manager to lead the pool and leisure team, delivering outstanding guest experiences through proactive leadership and hands-on management. You will drive service standards, manage the budget and resources, and ensure safety and compliance across all operations.

The role requires proven leadership in sports, leisure or hospitality, and willingness to obtain an Enhanced DBS check. We offer training, career development and generous employee perks.

Position: Activities & Pool ManagerType: Full-Time / PermanentBonus: Up to 10% Annual BonusBring your leadership skills to the poolside as the Activities & Pool Manager, where you'll ensure every guest makes a splash with memorable swimming experiences and action-packed activities.In this role, you'll be at the heart of an energetic Activities & Leisure team, leading with clear direction and plenty of motivation. You'll inspire your team to hit their goals and keep up high standards by showing them how it’s done! You'll be hands-on with performance, offering feedback to help your team grow, tackling any challenges, and supporting their development. Managing resources like budgets and tools will be key to keeping things running smoothly. You'll also be the driving force behind fantastic guest experiences, continuously improving how we interact and solving any issues that pop up.
