Haven is seeking an Activities & Pool Manager at Seton Sands Holiday Village in Port Seton. Lead the activities and leisure team, ensuring memorable guest experiences while managing budgets and safety.

You will coach staff, optimise scheduling, and maintain high service standards in a fast-paced holiday environment. DBS/health & safety knowledge, strong communication, and a proactive, customer-focused approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in Sports, Leisure, or Hospitality.
• Relevant safety certifications are preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication and customer-service focus required.

Plus, you'll make sure everything stays safe, compliant, and on point with company policies. **Key Responsibilities** Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and support the team to deliver excellent service and achieve targets. Performance Management: Monitor individual and team performance, providing regular feedback, coaching, and conducting performance reviews. Training and Development: Support team development through ongoing training, mentoring, and creating growth opportunities. **Requirements** - Proven experience in roles such as Swimming Pool Manager, Activities & Leisure Manager, or a similar leadership position in Sports, Leisure or Hospitality. - PPO and SPTO certificates preferred but not essential; training and support will be provided. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. - Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities. - Knowledge of health and safety regulations. - Strong organisational and multitasking skills. - Experience in budgeting and financial management. - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
