National Grid plc is seeking a Governance and Change Analyst to join the Asset Operations PMO. The role supports robust governance, cost/risk/schedule/change control, and data-driven decision making across a high-value capital portfolio.

Based from national offices with regular Warwick collaboration, the role offers flexible patterns and an emphasis on governance, assurance and continuous improvement within a complex energy infrastructure context.

Formación

• Experience in PMO, portfolio or project controls in complex delivery environments.
• Strong governance across cost, risk, schedule and change.
• Analytical with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills; able to manage stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Support the application of PMO governance, following the PMO roadmap and standards.
• Monitor and report on cost, risk, schedule and change against baselines.
• Produce and maintain metrics, dashboards and change data.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for PMO leads.
• Support cost management activities with forecasting and budget tracking.
• Analyse integrated planning and scheduling to reflect dependencies and risks.
• Manage risk, issue and change processes across cost, schedule and risk.
• Collaborate with offshore resources and stakeholders to improve PMO processes.
