National Grid is seeking a Governance and Change Analyst to strengthen PMO governance across cost, risk, schedule and change. You will produce metrics, dashboards and insights to support informed decisions and optimise portfolio delivery for a high‑value capital portfolio.

Reporting to the Head of PMO, you will collaborate with Asset Operations teams, including offshore resources, and contribute to continuous improvement in PMO processes, tools and ways of working.

Qualificações

• Experience in PMO, portfolio or project controls within complex delivery environments.
• Strong governance across cost, risk, schedule and change with consistent standards.
• Analytical mindset to interpret data and support decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Experience in utilities, infrastructure or capital-intensive settings is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Apply PMO governance following the roadmaps and standards for portfolio oversight.
• Monitor cost, risk, schedule and change data against baselines.
• Produce and maintain metrics, dashboards and change data.
• Translate complex data into actionable PMO insights and recommendations.
• Support forecasting, budgeting and cost governance with Finance teams.
• Analyze integrated planning and scheduling for credible delivery plans.
• Facilitate risk reviews and ensure governance of changes across cost/schedule/risk.
• Collaborate with PMO analysts and stakeholders across Asset Operations and wider functions.
