Flutter Entertainment in Leeds is looking for a PMO Co-Ordinator to support its change and transformation portfolio within Group HR Operations. The role is hybrid, allowing for flexibility with your commitments.

As part of your responsibilities, you will manage governance processes, compile reports, and maintain logs for various projects. You should have experience in PMO roles, strong organization skills, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a PMO, project support or programme coordination role.
• Producing status reports and management information from multiple sources.
• Supporting teams across multiple locations and adapting to different ways of working.
• Strong organisation and follow-up with senior stakeholders.
• Recognised project management or PMO qualification is desirable.

Aufgaben

• Run the governance calendar and track decisions.
• Compile weekly delivery report and portfolio overview.
• Maintain risk, issue, assumption and dependency logs.
• Administer portfolio workspace and dashboards.
• Apply the PMO Playbook and templates consistently.
