Job summary

L&Q is recruiting a Programme Management Officer to join the Transformation & Change Delivery PMO in London Stratford or Manchester Trafford. The role moves beyond admin to provide independent oversight, ensuring quality inputs and a single source of truth.

You will standardise templates, manage SharePoint/MS Teams, and synthesize MI for senior leadership. The ideal candidate has solid PMO experience, governance knowledge, and strong secretariat skills.

Qualifications

• PMO expertise in a structured PMO environment with lifecycle knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, MS Teams; Excel.
• Strong secretariat duties incl. agenda, minute-taking, action tracking.
• Ability to standardise templates and streamline processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Awareness of Benefits Realisation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Uphold governance standards across live projects.
• Act as quality gatekeeper for status reports, RAID logs.
• Provide executive secretariat support for Delivery Working Groups.
• Administer PMO infrastructure (SharePoint/MS Teams).
• Synthesize MI and data packs for leadership review.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to align PMO outputs.
