Job summary

Xledger UK is seeking a PMO Coordinator to provide structured lifecycle coordination, governance prep, and budget and resource visibility across active projects. This role supports Project Managers by handling governance discipline and internal coordination, enabling delivery leadership focus.

Qualifications

• Experience in a PMO, project coordination or governance-focused role.
• Understanding of project lifecycle stages and governance processes.
• Strong organisational skills managing multiple work streams and deadlines.
• Comfort with structured documentation, templates and reporting formats.
• Good written and verbal communication for internal stakeholders.
• Studying towards a project management qualification (e.g. APM PMQ, PRINCE2 Foundation, PMI CAPM).
• Experience supporting resource-planning and tracking.
• Exposure to software implementation, consulting or professional services.

Responsibilities

• Create and structure project Teams channels and folders.
• Prepare governance documentation and pre-reads for BIS sessions.
• Coordinate milestone meetings and logistics.
• Support project Close and CS handover, and track post-go-live ownership.
• Extract and report delivery hours and burn rate monthly.
• Maintain initial allocations in Resource Planner and highlight variances.
