Job summary

Flutter Entertainment UK Limited in Leeds seeks a PMO Co-Ordinator to support the day-to-day running of the People Change and Transformation Portfolio within Group HR Operations. Hybrid role, permanent contract, and a fast-paced environment.

You will run governance calendars, prepare status reports, manage RAID, and maintain data quality across multiple locations and brands. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and experience in PMO tools such as Smartsheet or JIRA are valued.

Qualifications

• PMO experience in a project support or programme coordination role.
• Experience producing accurate status reports and management information from multiple sources.
• Ability to support teams across locations and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Run the governance calendar end to end: schedule forums, issue agendas and papers, and track decisions and actions through to closure.
• Compile the weekly delivery report, weekly portfolio overview and monthly leadership pack.
• Maintain risk, issue, assumption and dependency logs at programme and portfolio level, chasing overdue owners.
• Administer the portfolio workspace and dashboards, keep plan and status data accurate, and report on demand by function.
• Apply the PMO Playbook and templates consistently, flagging where delivery deviates from governance.
