Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as PMO within Barclays or similar financial institution.
• Knowledge of Barclays change governance framework and controls.
• Experience handling finances related to change deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Support change delivery managers to ensure programme compliance with governance standards.
• Create and implement standardized PMO processes aligned with controls.
• Monitor project performance and report status to senior management.
• Support project documentation including plans, schedules and budgets.
• Facilitate project governance and manage risks, issues and dependencies.
• Provide change management framework training to stakeholders.
