Job summary

Slough Borough Council is seeking a PMO specialist to support the Corporate PMO within the Transformation and Improvement portfolios. You will provide governance, assurance, and practical project management support across a diverse range of projects.

You will coordinate corporate reporting and governance activity, maintain records, and help ensure submissions are complete and decision-ready.

Qualifications

• PMO governance and delivery experience.
• Ability to coordinate corporate reporting and governance activity.
• Knowledge of project management frameworks and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Provide governance, assurance and practical PMO support across projects and programmes.
• Coordinate corporate reporting and governance forums (Design Authority, Transformation Board).
• Ensure access to project management framework, tools and templates across teams.
• Support Project Managers, Service Leads and Sponsors to strengthen plans and manage risks.
