Job summary

Overview

PMO Analyst – Technology Transformation. Experienced PMO Analyst required by global organisation to provide PMO expertise to technology transformation programme. The role will involve working with a PMO Lead to fully establish a dedicated PMO function to support the programme which is delivering a technology transformation of my client’s back-office operations. The role will involve working closely with Project and Programme Managers to embed best practices and promote the benefits of a Programme PMO to the project teams.

Responsibilities

• Work with Project and Programme Managers to embed best practices and promote the benefits of a Programme PMO to project teams.
• Assist the PMO Lead to establish and maintain a dedicated PMO function to support the technology transformation programme.
• Provide good project reporting and support governance within a dedicated Programme PMO environment.
• Contribute to improving project maturity levels and positively influence Project Managers to adopt best practices.

Qualifications and Skills

• Extensive PMO Analyst experience gained in complex global technology environments with a pragmatic, common sense approach.
• Demonstrable skills in improving project maturity levels and the ability to influence Project Managers to adopt best practices.
• Strong project reporting skills and experience in a dedicated Programme PMO environment.
• Commercial experience of using AI tools such as MS Copilot to improve PMO processes is highly desirable.
• Good stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Prince 2, MSP and related governance or project methodologies.
