Job summary

United Infrastructure is seeking a skilled Responsive Repairs Operative to join our London team, delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance across our social housing contracts. In this role you will perform responsive repairs, provide excellent customer service, and work independently to manage a varied workload.

We're looking for skilled Responsive Repairs Operatives to join our growing team in London, delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services to residents across our social housing contracts.

East London | Company Van & Fuel Card | 38k per annum plus chance to earn up to £600 Per Month Bonus

About You

• NVQ Level 2, City & Guilds, or equivalent qualification in a relevant trade.
• Experience within responsive repairs, maintenance, or social housing.
• Strong customer service skills and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
• Full UK clean driving licence.
