Job summary

UI Social Infrastructure Limited is seeking skilled Responsive Repairs Operatives to join our team in delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services to residents across our social housing contracts.

The role comes with a company van and fuel card, a 38k per annum base salary, and the potential to earn up to 600 per month through our performance-based incentive scheme. Ongoing training and career development are provided as part of a stable, long-term position.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2, City & Guilds, or equivalent qualification in a relevant trade.
• Experience within responsive repairs, maintenance, or social housing.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out responsive repairs to residents' homes.
• Deliver quality workmanship to required standards.

About You

• NVQ Level 2, City & Guilds, or equivalent qualification in a relevant trade.
• Experience within responsive repairs, maintenance, or social housing.
• Strong customer service skills and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
• Full UK clean driving licence.
