United Infrastructure Group in London is seeking a skilled Responsive Repairs Operative to join our team. You will deliver high-quality repairs and maintenance services to residents across our social housing contracts, maintaining safety and workmanship standards.

The role requires NVQ Level 2 / City & Guilds, a full UK driving licence, and the ability to work independently within a busy workload. A competitive salary plus a monthly performance-based bonus is offered.

Qualificações

• NVQ Level 2, City & Guilds or equivalent qualification in a relevant trade.
• Experience in responsive repairs, maintenance or social housing.
• Strong customer service skills and workmanship commitment.
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
• Full UK driving licence.
