United Infrastructure Ltd in East London is seeking a skilled Responsive Repairs Operative to join our social housing team. You will perform repairs and maintenance, ensuring quality workmanship and safety across contracts, backed by a company van and fuel card.

The role offers a competitive salary (£38,000 per year) with an incentive scheme that can add up to £600 per month based on performance, plus 26 days holiday and pension.

Formación

• NVQ Level 2, City & Guilds, or equivalent qualification in a relevant trade.
• Experience within responsive repairs, maintenance, or social housing.
• Strong customer service skills and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
• Full UK clean driving licence.

East London | Company Van & Fuel Card | 38k per annum plus chance to earn up to £600 Per Month Bonus

About You
