United Infrastructure is seeking a skilled Responsive Repairs Operative to join our London team, delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance across our social housing contracts. In this role you will perform responsive repairs, provide excellent customer service, and work independently to manage a varied workload.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2, City & Guilds, or equivalent in a relevant trade.
• Experience in responsive repairs, maintenance or social housing.
• Strong customer service and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
• Full UK valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out responsive repairs and maintenance for social housing residents.
• Deliver high-quality workmanship and compliance with safety standards.
