United Infrastructure Group is seeking skilled Responsive Repairs Operatives for a Growing team in London, delivering high-quality repairs to residents across social housing contracts. The role is based in East London with a company van and fuel card provided.

Salary starts at £38,000 per annum with a bonus scheme offering up to £600 per month based on performance in productivity, quality, and customer service. Ongoing training and a stable, long-term position are offered.

Competenze

• NVQ Level 2/City & Guilds or equivalent in a trade.
• Experience in responsive repairs, maintenance or social housing.
• Strong customer service and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
