Job summary

United Infrastructure in East London is seeking a skilled Responsive Repairs Operative to join our social housing team, delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance to residents.

You will hold an appropriate trade qualification and a valid UK driving licence, carrying out repairs with a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer service. A company van is provided, along with ongoing training and development.

• Experience in responsive repairs, maintenance or social housing.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsive Repairs Operative (Social Housing) We're looking for skilled Responsive Repairs Operatives to join our growing team in East London, delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services to residents across our social housing contracts. Hertford | Company Van & Fuel Card | 38k per annum plus chance to earn up to £600 Per Month Bonus

About You

• NVQ Level 2, City & Guilds, or equivalent qualification in a relevant trade.
• Experience within responsive repairs, maintenance, or social housing.
• Strong customer service skills and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
• Full UK clean driving licence.
