Job summary

United Infrastructure invites an experienced Operations Manager to lead Responsive Repairs across four social housing contracts worth ~£20m annually. You will drive delivery, ensure KPIs and customer satisfaction, manage budgets, and oversee teams and subcontractors to achieve high performance for clients and residents.

You will champion health and safety compliance and foster continuous improvement across all contracts, building strong relationships with residents and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Essential: Experience managing responsive repairs contracts within social housing.
• Strong operational, commercial, and financial management skills.
• Proven leadership experience managing large teams and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of repairs, disrepair, voids, and housing maintenance services.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of health and safety legislation.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

• Ensure contractual KPIs, SLAs, and customer satisfaction targets are met.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead the delivery of Responsive Repairs services across our Social Infrastructure Division. Responsible for the operational performance of four social housing contracts worth approximately £20m per annum, you will oversee the delivery of Responsive Repairs, Disrepair, Empty Homes, Damp & Mould, and Planned Maintenance services. You will be accountable for health and safety, customer satisfaction, operational performance, compliance, and financial results, ensuring contractual KPIs are achieved while leading teams to deliver high-quality services for clients and residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of responsive repairs, disrepair, voids, damp & mould, and planned works services.
