As a Repairs Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of Direct Labour operatives and subcontractors via our repairs service delivery in East London. Your role involves ensuring that work progresses according to plans, schedules, and safety standards. The team will comprise of approximately >10 operatives and various supply chain partners.
Your tasks will include (but not limited to):
Your ability to motivate the team to ensure positive work ethic and standards and a high level of output is crucial, and you will play a key role in maintaining efficiency, quality, and safety on our sites.
