Qualifications

• Recognised qualification in Hot Water Systems including Unvented Hot Water Systems.
• Proven experience in an FM or building services maintenance position.
• Awareness of Water Hygiene Management including Legionella prevention.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safe, satisfactory performance and further development of all contracts.
• Manage quality, environmental and health & safety issues on the site.
• Ensure Planned Preventative and Reactive maintenance are carried out.
