A community service provider based in Rhyl is seeking a Play Ranger Assistant to help provide essential play opportunities for children and young people. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, creative, and capable of using their initiative to promote and supervise play within the community. Play Ranger Assistant Job reference: CHEI00032D1MTE Location: Oak tree Centre, Rhyl Salary: Grade 3 (£13.05 - £13.26 per hour) Hours: 30 hours per week Contract: Fixed Term until 31/03/2027 An exciting new opportunity has arisen to support the Play Ranger service operating in schools and communities across Denbighshire.
Providing fundamental play opportunities for children and young people ensuring that children’s right to play is not limited or impacted.
The ideal candidate will have enthusiasm and passion for providing meaningful play opportunities and will be able to use their own initiative, be forward thinking and creative.
Candidates will need to demonstrate ability to be able to work in all elements to initiate, promote, direct and supervise play within the community.
