Job summary

Oliver Bernard is seeking a Platform Support Engineer to join a fast-growing London-based SaaS company. The role focuses on supporting production services across cloud, DevOps and platform operations, with ownership of operational health and visible impact on the product.

Expect incident management, automation projects, and contributions to architecture decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong APIs/SQL knowledge, DevOps experience, and coding skills in Python or Java, with a solid grasp

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of application support, including APIs, data and SQL, monitoring and integration.
• Experience in operational support, DevOps and/or platform environments.
• Understanding of coding with Python, Java, etc.
• Good understanding of web applications and cloud technologies is beneficial.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support production services across cloud, DevOps and platform operations.
• Own day-to-day operational health of company products and provide end-user support.
• Lead incident resolution and drive automation projects.
• Contribute to software and application architecture improvements.
