Job summary

Oliver Bernard is seeking an Application Support Lead in London to ensure reliability, performance and continuous improvement across the platform stack. This hands‑on leadership role combines technical depth with people management and operational ownership.

You will lead a team of support and platform engineers, partner with engineering and business stakeholders, and help define strategy to scale platforms for growing operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an application support role or similar role.
• Experience with DevOps tools: AWS, Terraform, Docker.
• Knowledge of scripting or an object‑oriented programming language.
• SQL and database experience (MongoDB).
• Java knowledge would be ideal.
• Proficiency in configuration management, automation and orchestration tools.
• Knowledge of APIs and microservices is desirable.
• Experience leading others and being the go to senior in a team.
