Job summary

ServiceNow seeks a Customer Outcomes Principal Platform Architect to lead technical advisory work, establishing a robust platform foundation and designing scalable solutions that improve customer outcomes. You will guide customers, partners and internal teams with a strategic, architecture-driven approach.

The role requires broad experience across executive engagements, enterprise architecture, and complex integrations, with emphasis on governance and long-term platform health.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or workflows.
• 12+ years in a professional services context or equivalent.
• Management consulting experience in complex programs.
• Ability to translate complex information for technical and non-technical audiences.
• SaaS domain expertise and large program experience leading architecture and design.
• Cloud application technology experience.

Responsibilities

• Work with executive, platform owner, enterprise architects, and development teams on selling, structuring and implementing solutions.
• Serve as a technical expert across engagements to guide customers, partners and internal teams.
• Provide knowledge across multiple workflows and translate goals into a customer roadmap.
• Translate business and technical requirements into architectural blueprints for complex goals.
• Position ServiceNow as the digital transformation platform standard in customer ecosystems.
• Manage governance, delivery operating model and alignment to leading practices.
