Job summary

Metropolitan Thames Valley in North London is hiring a Plasterer to join our responsive housing team. The role covers 40 hours per week, typically 8am to 6pm, with a salary range of £37,445 to £39,415.

You should have NVQ2 or equivalent, experience in social housing or local authority settings, and hold a full UK manual driving license as you will be provided with a Metworks van during work hours. DBS checks apply.

Job description

Title: Plasterer

Location: North London

Salary: £37,445 - £39,415

Working hours/pattern: 40 hours per week between 8am - 6pm.

Requirements

• Previously worked in a social housing or local authority environment
• Relevant NVQ2 qualification or equivalent trade experience

Driving

• A full UK manual driving licence (you will provided with your own Metworks van for working hours).
• A minimum of one year of significant driving experience. (MTVH reserves the right to withdraw an offer of employment if company fleet policy is unable to secure adequate insurance.)
