Job summary

Connexions Thames Valley in North London is seeking a Labourer to join our team. The role covers general site labour, manual handling and assisting trades, with a standard 40-hour week from 8am to 6pm.

To be considered, applicants should have experience in social housing or a local authority environment, an NVQ2 or equivalent trade qualification, and a full UK manual driving licence with at least one year of driving experience. DBS checks will be completed for offers.

Job description

Title: Labourer

Location: North London

Salary: £29,397 - £30,944

Working hours/pattern: 40 hours per week between 8am – 6pm.

Experience

• Previously worked in a social housing or local authority environment
• Relevant NVQ2 qualification or equivalent trade experience

Driving

• A full UK manual driving licence (you will provided with your own Metworks van for working hours).
• A minimum of one year of significant driving experience. (MTVH reserves the right to withdraw an offer of employment if company fleet policy is unable to secure adequate insurance.)
