Job summary

Metropolitan Thames Valley is seeking a Plumber Multi-Skilled in North London to maintain social housing services. This full-time, 40-hour week role involves shift rotation including second shift and an on-call service.

You will be working from a dedicated van and delivering high-quality repairs for residents in a compliant, safe environment. Applicants should have an NVQ2 or equivalent trade qualification and significant experience in social housing settings.

• Experience in social housing or local authority environment.
• Full UK manual driving licence and willingness to drive company van.
• Ability to participate in second shift and on-call on a rotational basis.

Working hours/pattern:

40 hours per week between 8am – 6pm. To support our residents, you will be required to participate in second shift and an out of hours on-call service on a rotational basis.

Requirements

• Previously worked in a social housing or local authority environment
• Relevant NVQ2 qualification or equivalent trade experience

Driving

• A full UK manual driving licence (you will provided with your own Metworks van for working hours).
• A minimum of one year of significant driving experience. (MTVH reserves the right to withdraw an offer of employment if company fleet policy is unable to secure adequate insurance.)
