Job summary

Metropolitan Thames Valley is hiring a Painter and Decorator in the East Midlands. This 40-hour role runs 8am–6pm, with a salary of £28,384–£29,878.

Candidates should have experience in social housing or local authorities and an NVQ2 or equivalent trade qualification. A full UK manual driving licence is required; you will be provided with a Metworks van during working hours.

Job description

Title: Painter and Decorator

Location: East Midlands

Salary: £28,384 - £29,878

Working hours/pattern: 40 hours per week between 8am - 6pm.

Experience

• Previously worked in a social housing or local authority environment
• Relevant NVQ2 qualification or equivalent trade experience

Driving

• A full UK manual driving licence (you will provided with your own Metworks van for working hours).
• A minimum of one year of significant driving experience. (MTVH reserves the right to withdraw an offer of employment if company fleet policy is unable to secure adequate insurance.)
