Mears Group is seeking a skilled Plasterer to join the repairs team in Milton Keynes and surrounding areas. This field‑based role focuses on high-quality plastering repairs in occupied homes, with excellent customer service and safe working practices.
You will carry out a wide range of plastering tasks, ensuring first‑time fixes, maintaining equipment, and delivering work to agreed standards for residents and colleagues.
Location: Milton Keynes
Contract: Full Time, Permanent, 42.5 hours per week (8am-5pm Monday-Friday)
Salary: up to £34,280.03 per annum, plus company van & fuel card

We are looking for a skilled Plasterer to join our local repairs team, working across Milton Keynes and surrounding areas. This is a field‑based role delivering high quality plastering repairs and refurbishment works within occupied residential properties, with customer service at the heart of everything you do. You will be responsible for completing a wide range of plastering repairs, ensuring work is completed right the first time, safely, on schedule and to agreed quality standards, while maintaining a professional and courteous approach with tenants and colleagues.
All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK; Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21 have held your licence for over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
