Job summary

Metropolitan Thames Valley is hiring a Plasterer in Nottingham to maintain high quality housing services. The role requires a plastering trade background and familiarity with social housing environments.

You will work within the Property department, with standard hours and a 40-hour week, and must hold a valid UK driving licence with access to a company van. The salary ranges from £31,270 to £32,916 per annum.

The role

Working hours/pattern:

40 hours per week between 8am – 6pm.

Requirements

Experience

• Previously worked in a social housing or local authority environment
• Relevant NVQ2 qualification or equivalent trade experience

Driving

• A full UK manual driving licence (you will provided with your own Metworks van for working hours).
• A minimum of one year of significant driving experience. (MTVH reserves the right to withdraw an offer of employment if company fleet policy is unable to secure adequate insurance.)
