Salary: Career Pathway, Grades 6 – 9 (£31,022 - £42,839 per annum)

Hours: 37 hours per week

Contract: Permanent

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our busy front line team helping to shape our varied communities and drive economic growth in Denbighshire. Here in the Planning team we deal with development proposals of all types and make professional recommendations on planning applications. We also present the Council’s case on planning appeals and provide pre-application advice and guidance to customers.

The role could also involve carrying out investigations into possible breaches of planning control and taking any necessary action. In addition, to develop and use land use planning policies and guidance and provide professional advice and guidance on development proposals.
