Overview

We are looking to expand our team with the hiring of a Planning Manager. Planning is a huge part of PHD’s DNA so come and learn from some of the best minds in media! You’ll be working on 3 amazing brands in different categories: The Guardian (PHD UK’s founding client), KP Snacks, a new win for PHD UK which has some brilliant brands including Hula Hoops, Pop Chips and McCoys and finally, a global client, HSBC with a focus on the acquisition side of the business, integrating into broader campaigns. This is a chance to really flex your knowledge across verticals but equally an excellent opportunity for cross learning and growth.

As Planning Manager, you’ll also play a key role in coaching junior team members, contributing to cross-agency integration, and maintaining high standards in everything you deliver. You’ll bring strategic media planning expertise, a strong understanding of client business needs, and a commercial mindset to ensure campaigns are both effective and profitable. About You

This role is perfect for someone ready to lead and drive positive change in media. Our standard working hours are 9:30 – 17:30, but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 – 16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day, whether that’s in the office or working remotely.
