We are seeking an experienced Planning Consultant at Associate or Partner level to take a lead role within our Planning Team. Our Planning Team forms part of our wider Planning, Architecture and Development team – a 10‑strong multidisciplinary team of chartered planners, surveyors and architects based in our Newcastle office.

We work across a diverse portfolio of projects, varying in scale and sector, including residential, commercial and leisure developments. Our particular focus and expertise lie in strategic planning and land promotion, alongside general planning consultancy. The ideal candidate will take a leadership role within the Planning team, managing residential, commercial and leisure development applications throughout the region. This is a challenging and exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of a dynamic team with a strong reputation for delivering high‑quality advice and exceptional client service.

  • Managing a team of planning consultants
  • Project managing and inputting into complex planning applications
