Job summary

United Infrastructure is seeking an organised Planner/Administrator to manage planning, admin and customer liaison for assigned projects in the UK. You will prepare, review and monitor appointments and completions to meet deadlines, liaise with clients and the wider team, and contact via email and telephone daily.

Responsibilities include logging new jobs on Total Mobile, arranging surveys, allocating job codes, handling client inquiries, sending letters to residents and monitoring the inbox,

Qualifications

• Relevant Admin qualification or proven experience.
• Experience within a similar role.
• Strong experience of working within a fast moving environment delivering a high quality and robust delivery service.
• Experience of working within a customer facing environment.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook; Excel and Word).
• Aware of equality issues.

Responsibilities

• To log all new jobs onto Total Mobile.
• Resident contact to arrange Validation Surveys and Post Inspection Surveys.
• Allocating relevant job codes to Site Managers for Validation and Post Inspection surveys.
• Responding to Client queries regarding access to properties.
• Generate letters to Residents at various points of the job workflow.
• Monitor shared inbox to ensure actioned emails are addressed.
• Provide Admin support to the Disrepairs Team; raise purchase orders as instructed; attend Client meetings.
