Job summary

United Infrastructure Ltd is seeking a Planner to manage appointments, visits and completions, ensuring deadlines are met. You will liaise with clients and the wider team and communicate updates daily via email and telephone.

The role requires MS Project knowledge and strong organizational and analytical skills in a dynamic infrastructure environment. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of admin experience and an understanding of building regulations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant administration experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project and other similar software programs.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Understanding of building regulations preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, reviewing and monitoring appointments, visits and completions to ensure deadlines are met.
• Liaising with the client and wider team to share updates.
• Ensure all relevant parties are informed of latest updates via email and phone daily.
• Support schedule updates and documentation as required.

As a Planner, your day-to-day tasks will include preparing, reviewing and monitoring appointments, visits and completions to ensure adherence to the deadlines and timescales, liaising with the client and wider team, ensuring all relevant parties are informed of latest updates. You will be required to make contact via email and telephone on a daily basis.
