Job summary

United Infrastructure is a fast-growing business delivering infrastructure projects across utility and social sectors. As a Planner, you will prepare, review and monitor appointments, liaise with clients and the wider team, and keep all parties informed of updates.

• 2+ years of relevant administration experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project and other similar software programs
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills

As a Planner, your day-to-day tasks will include preparing, reviewing and monitoring appointments, visits and completions to ensure adherence to the deadlines and timescales, liaising with the client and wider team, ensuring all relevant parties are informed of latest updates. You will be required to make contact via email and telephone on a daily basis.
