Job summary

United Living is seeking a Planner to join their Property Services team in the United Kingdom. In this role, you will prepare, review, and monitor appointments and deadlines, ensuring that all parties are well-informed through consistent communication.

Job Description

As a Planner, your day‑to‑day tasks will include preparing, reviewing and monitoring appointments, visits and completions to ensure adherence to the deadlines and timescales, liaising with the client and wider team, ensuring all relevant parties are informed of latest updates. You will be required to make contact via email and telephone on a daily basis.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of relevant administration experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Project and other similar software programs
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
