Qualifications

• Master in Science, Mechanical Engineering degree.
• 3 years minimum in Piping Mechanical Design, nuclear industry, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of EUROCODE, ASME, RCC-M codes.
• Knowledge of 2D and 3D design software: Ideally knowledge of PDMS, Navisworks.

Responsibilities

• Gathering input data.
• Engaging with various stakeholders to clarify issues.
• Producing site request technical assessments on piping issues.
• Contributing to teams by providing piping assessments.
• Doing hand calculations to assess modifications.
• Proposing modifications if sizing criteria are not met.
• Closing open points and comments.
• Assessing modifications from stakeholders.
• Working with CAD designers in design preparation.
