Qualifications

• Time-served Pipefitter with NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification.
• Experienced working with carbon steels, stainless steels, duplex steels, and nickel alloys.
• Competent in tacking and welding using the TIG process.

Responsibilities

• Carry out pipefitting and welding activities on industrial sites and in the Salford workshop.
• Perform high-quality TIG welding in line with approved procedures.
• Read and interpret isometric drawings and weld specifications.
• Measure up existing pipework on site and produce accurate sketches.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and quality.
