Job summary

Olleco is recruiting an office-based Customer Service Advisor to join a friendly, focused team. You will help deliver a fantastic customer experience, working with operations to put the customer at the heart of everything we do.

You will handle inbound calls and some outbound outreach, with computer-based work and collaboration with colleagues. The role offers a stable day schedule and benefits including pension and health cover.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, ideally phone based but that isn’t essential
• Previous experience of working on computer and phone systems
• The ability to follow and understand a set process
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a busy office environment
• GCSEs in English and Maths at grade C /4 or equivalent

Responsibilities

• You’ll be delivering amazing customer service by building rapport with our customers
• Taking time to growthe business and earn commission through the acquisition of new customers
• We look to proactively manage our customers accounts, identifying and resolving any potential issues in creative and responsive ways
