Job summary

Olleco is recruiting a part-time Customer Service Advisor for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role is based in-office with Wednesday and Thursday hours 08:30–17:00, offering benefits including pension, medical plan, life assurance, and 30 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays.

You will handle inbound and outbound calls, work with operational departments to deliver excellent customer service, and support the team in providing a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales preferred
• Familiarity with computer and phone systems
• Ability to follow a defined process
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and build rapport with customers
• Identify opportunities to grow the business and potentially earn commission
• Proactively manage customer accounts and resolve issues
• Collaborate with the Food Waste team to ensure efficient service
