Job summary

Olleco in the United Kingdom is recruiting an office-based Customer Service Advisor to join a focused team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, with most work computer-based, collaborating with colleagues to deliver an excellent customer experience.

You will build rapport with customers, have opportunities to grow the business and earn commissions through new customer acquisition, and proactively manage accounts to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, ideally phone based.
• Experience working on computer and phone systems.
• Ability to follow and understand a set process.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a busy office environment.
• GCSEs in English and Maths at grade C /4 or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver amazing customer service by building rapport with customers.
• Opportunity to grow the business and earn commission through new customer acquisition.
• Proactively manage customer accounts, identifying and resolving issues.
• Collaborate with the Food Waste team to improve service and efficiency.
