Job summary

Ceuta Healthcare, an IQVIA company, is expanding its Pharmacy Field Sales team to support independent pharmacies across the UK. The role focuses on building strong relationships, educating pharmacy teams, and driving sustainable growth in a evolving OTC market.

You will travel within the South West territory, conduct territory visits, document activity in CRM, and ensure compliance with pharmacovigilance guidelines while coordinating in-store merchandising and basic supply chain tasks.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisation and time management.
• Ability to present ideas clearly (PowerPoint) and learn CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with pharmacy teams and provide clear product education.
• Plan and run territory visits to achieve KPIs (call rate, selling calls, orders).
• Spot local opportunities and develop new business across your territory.
• Record activity accurately in our CRM and complete day-to-day admin.
• Work to compliance standards, including Pharmacovigilance procedures.
• Support in-store execution: merchandise, planograms, POS collateral, fixtures and shelves, supply chain tasks and health & safety guidance.
• Attend bi-monthly sales team meetings (six times per year) with overnight stay.
