Boots is looking for a Dispenser to join our in-store pharmacy team in the UK. You will assist the pharmacist by dispensing prescriptions, labeling medicines and ensuring safe sale of medicines, while building strong patient relationships.

You’ll work within the store's healthcare department, offering advice and supporting a range of pharmacy services. Opportunities exist for training as a Pharmacy Technician and progression within the store team.

Qualifications

• Completed Pharmacy Advisor qualification NVQ2 (or pursuing) or first year of MPharm.
• Current and valid UK right to work. No sponsorship for a Skilled Worker Visa.
• Experience in community pharmacy is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Dispense prescriptions while ensuring safe supply of medicines.
• Work with healthcare professionals to deliver pharmacy services.
• Provide care and advice to patients about medicines and refer queries to the Pharmacist.
• Follow SOPs to support safe and legal dispensing of prescriptions.
• Keep up to date with new store innovations and adhere to processes.
