Boots in the United Kingdom is seeking a Dispenser to join our in-store pharmacy team. You will support the pharmacist and other healthcare professionals in dispensing prescriptions and delivering safe, effective pharmacy services.

You will greet customers, provide medicine guidance, and help patients manage their prescriptions, with career development opportunities including training as a Pharmacy Technician or leadership pathways within the store.

Qualifikationen

• Completed the Pharmacy Advisor qualification NVQ2 (or equivalent) or are currently working towards and have completed the first year of an MPharm qualification.
• Current and valid UK right to work. This role is not eligible for sponsorship for a Skilled Worker Visa.

Aufgaben

• Prescription dispensing while ensuring the safe supply of medicines.
• Work with other healthcare professionals to assist in the delivery of pharmacy services.
• Provide care and advice to patients about medicines and refer queries to the Pharmacist as appropriate.
• Follow SOPs to support safe and legal dispensing of prescriptions.
• Keep up to date with new innovations in store and comply with operational processes.
