Well Pharmacy’s Culcheth branch in Warrington is seeking an experienced Pharmacist Manager to lead the team and make a difference in patient care. The site is commutable from Liverpool or Manchester and enjoys a strong link with the local GP surgery.

You’ll be supported in your role by an Area Operations Manager and a Regional Operations Manager, with regular structured pharmacy visits

We have invested in new technologies for our pharmacies including a new PMR system and centralised dispensing to allow you to focus on providing quality care and services to our customers.

We are focussed on mental health and wellbeing which is why we’ve put all our field managers through the Mental Health Awareness course to raise awareness and enable a greater level of support when working in our pharmacies.

Overview of the role

We are looking for an experienced Pharmacist Manager to lead the team and make a difference at our pharmacy in Culcheth in Warrington.

This community pharmacy is commutable from Liverpool or Manchester and is located on the high street. It has a very strong relationship with the local GP surgery.

How our pharmacy makes a difference:

• It dispenses 2,000 items a week.
• It provides a wide range of services including Pharmacy First, WMS, BP, ABPM, Contraception, flu, covid and private services
• It provides services to 3 substance misuse patients.
• It dispenses 60/70 community blisters.

This pharmacy is open 9:00AM until 6:00PM, MONDAY – FRIDAYand 9:00AM - 1:00PM on SATURDAY. The dynamic team at this pharmacy is comprised of x1 ACT, x1 Pharmacy Assistant, x2 Trainee Pharmacy Assistants.
