You will manage a four-dispensers team alongside a Team Lead, working to deliver a comprehensive community pharmacy experience with a focus on patient wellbeing and service expansion.

We are looking for an experienced Pharmacist Manager to lead the team and make a difference at our pharmacy in Middlesbrough, Linthorpe road. This community pharmacy is commutable from across Middlesbrough and is located on the high street. It has a great relationship with the GP surgery/health centre. How our pharmacy makes a difference:

• It dispenses 1200 items a week.
• It provides a wide range of services including Pharmacy First, NHS & private services.
• It provides services to 20 substance misuse patients and it dispenses 120 community blisters.

This pharmacy is open 8:30am-6pm Monday to Friday and is closed on weekends. The dynamic team at this pharmacy is comprised of a Team Lead and four dispensers.

The successful candidate must possess an MPharm degree or equivalent and management experience is required for this opportunity. You'll be focussed on leading your team to deliver the best community pharmacy experience for your patients and customers. You'll be required to have your GPhC registration upon your start date.
