Well Pharmacy on William Street, Tynewydd, invites a skilled Pharmacist to join our community team. You will register with GPhC on start date and bring an MPharm degree, with management experience welcomed but not essential.

This pharmacy serves local patients, dispenses thousands of items weekly, and offers a range of services. We provide relocation support up to £8k, a Welcome bonus of £5k net, and a pension scheme to support your career and wellbeing.

You’ll be supported in your role by an Area Operations Manager and a Regional Operations Manager, with regular structured pharmacy visits

We have invested in new technologies for our pharmacies including a new PMR system and centralised dispensing to allow you to focus on providing quality care and services to our customers.

We are focussed on mental health and wellbeing which is why we’ve put all our field managers through the Mental Health Awareness course to raise awareness and enable a greater level of support when working in our pharmacies.

Overview of the role

We are looking for an experienced Pharmacist to join the team and make a difference at our pharmacy in William St, Tynewydd

This community pharmacy is commutable from Cardiff. It has a good relationship with the GP surgery.

How our pharmacy makes a difference:

• It dispenses 1,400 items a week.
• It provides a wide range of services including CAS + sore throat and UTI and private services including weight loss and travel clinics.

This pharmacy is open 9:00AM –12:30PM, 1:30PM–6:00PM, MONDAY - FRIDAY.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate must possess an MPharm degree or equivalent and management experience is desired but not essential. You will be required to have your GPhC registration upon your start date.
